Monday July 12th
All day: Managers arrive :-)
6:00 pm-?: Manager’s meet for cocktails, then dinner (if desired)


Tuesday, July 13th
All day: Players arrive :-P
7:00 – 11:00 pm: Welcome Party and Scrimmage shows @ The Mummers Museum (1100 S. 2nd Street)
Food, access to the museum and OPEN BAR!!!


Wednesday, July 14th
10:00 am -12:00 pm: Morning meeting and new games workshop (Crowne Plaza Hotel, 1800 Market Street – Room TBD)
2:30 – 4:30 pm: Afternoon workshops (Crowne Plaza Hotel – Rooms TBD)
8:00-10:00 pm: Showcase shows and all-star improv musical (ComedySportz Theater – The Playground, 2030 Sansom Street)
10:00 pm -2:00 am: Karaoke (Oh! Shea’s Pub – 1900 Sansom Street)


Thursday, July 15th
10:00-10:30 am: Morning meeting (Crowne Plaza Hotel – Rooms TBD)
11:00-1:00: Morning workshops (Crowne Plaza Hotel – Rooms TBD)
2:30-4:30: Afternoon workshops (Crowne Plaza Hotel – Rooms TBD)
7:00 pm: Championship show (World Cafe Live, 3025 Walnut Street – doors open at 6:15)
9:30 pm: Championship show (World Cafe Live – doors open at 8:45)


Friday, July 16th

11:30 pm-?: Closing night party (Slainte, 3000 Market Street)


Sunday July 18th
All day: Cities depart  :-(
